Healthcare University – Tacoma

Seattle, SW

Where healthcare careers take shape.

First impressions matter, especially when you are welcoming someone into a healthcare career. This 25,000 square foot training facility in Tacoma serves as the onboarding home for every new employee joining the health network's Pacific Northwest region. The goal was to create a space that felt as warm and professional as the organization itself. Flexible workstations, adaptable classrooms, and inviting lounge and waiting areas work together to set the right tone from day one. Completed in six months from construction to move-in, the project required close coordination with partners Colvos Construction, CBRE, and Clark-Kjow Architecture to hit a firm deadline. The team delivered on time and the facility opened ready for its first class of new hires.
