Percival Creek is the student-run tasting room within South Puget Sound College's Craft Brewing & Distilling Center, a comprehensive degree program housed in a facility with classrooms, labs, a small-scale production space, offices, and a conference room. Faculty and students craft the selection together in Tumwater's Craft District, with proceeds reinvested into the program and its students. The venue features donated Olympia Brewery signage with the iconic tagline "It's The Water," honoring the flavors and heritage of the Pacific Northwest.
