DELIVERING SOLUTIONS

The project delivered classroom seating, collaborative tables, library shelving, and flexible learning stations tailored to the district’s instructional goals. Stakeholder feedback from teachers and administrators influenced final selections, improving durability and ease of maintenance.

Outcome: Final deliveries met targeted timelines and budget expectations, resulting in improved learning environments across the campus. The partnership strengthened relationships with ESD 112 and local vendors, establishing a repeatable process for future district-wide procurements.

Collaborative K–12 Furniture

Workpointe's experienced Education Account Manager, Jennifer Starling, partnered with Project Manager Peryll Gray-Smith and ESD 112's Furniture Program Lead to complete a major K-12 furniture procurement project in Oak Harbor, Washington. Peryll supports school districts across Washington with specialized operational and capital project services. The combined expertise of the project's two experienced leads helped position it for success. Following a year of planning, bid review, and evaluation of manufacturing options, approved alternatives were incorporated into the final work package. Workpointe was ultimately awarded 90% of this large-scale project. As one of only two district projects completed this year, the Oak Harbor procurement represented a significant achievement.
