Workpointe collaborated closely with American Capital Group on a comprehensive selection of FF&E for a multifamily project. Our efforts focused on various areas, including the Leasing Office, Lobby, Mail Room, Lounge, Game Room, We Space, Work Pods, Terraces, and Courtyards. Not only did we select the furniture, but we also designed and procured custom cushions, green walls, and acoustic ceiling baffles. What distinguished our contribution to this project was our partnership with local collaborators. One notable partner, MAKR Furniture, crafted all the custom casework and numerous architectural features. We successfully chose finishes that enhanced the calming design elements, resulting in a warm and welcoming place to call home.
