Central Washington University – Samuelson Hall

Ellensburg, WA

History meets modern learning.

Samuelson Hall was designed from the ground up with sustainability in mind, becoming Central Washington University's fifth LEED-certified building. The structure itself tells that story: floor slabs, the main concrete frame, and a foundation spanning 39,000 square feet were all salvaged from campus buildings dating back to 1928. The interior needed to honor that commitment with equal intention. Working alongside CWU's staff interior designer, we helped select furnishings that created a cohesive design throughout the building. CWU's official red, carried consistently across product selections, unified the space and reinforced the university's identity from room to room.
