The realities of 2020 prompted this Greater Seattle biotech client to completely rethink their space mid-project. Workpointe was ready to move with them. All previously delivered product was pulled and held in Workpointe's own warehouse while the redesign took shape, avoiding third-party delays and keeping the project on track. The reimagined space replaced dedicated workstations with touch-down stations, added ancillary meeting areas for casual collaboration, and introduced phone booths for private focus within an open environment. Working alongside Westlake Consulting Group and Lease Crutcher Lewis, the team reused existing furniture in entirely new configurations and wrapped the full transformation in August 2021.
