PMI's 27,000 square foot office remodel in Seattle was designed to do more than update a workspace. Working alongside Burgess Design, the project set out to create an environment that genuinely reflects PMI's brand and culture. The scope included 150 workstations and 18 conference and collaborative meeting spaces, with a product mix spanning Teknion, BluDot, Davis, JSI, and several other manufacturing partners chosen to deliver both function and character. Design development began in fall 2019 and wrapped in November 2020, requiring the team to navigate an evolving project landscape while keeping design decisions moving. The result is a beautiful, functional office that feels authentically PMI.
